Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Customers may request a return within 3 business days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and in original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and protective coverings must remain intact.
• The item must not show any signs of use, stains, odors, washing, damage, or alteration.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, products that have been used or altered after delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will be rejected if:
• The item is used, damaged, washed, or altered.
• Original packaging, tags, or labels are missing.
• The return request is made after the allowed return period.
Exchanges
At Sirocco Mom, exchanges are only accepted for faulty or defective products.
To qualify for an exchange:
• The item must have a manufacturing defect or fault upon delivery.
• The exchange request must be made within 3 business days of receiving the item.
• The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Product Category Restriction
Exchanges are only permitted within the same product category.
For example:
• A diaper bag may only be exchanged for another diaper bag.
• A hip seat carrier may only be exchanged for another hip seat carrier.
Products cannot be exchanged across different categories, and exchange credit cannot be transferred toward another type of product.
Exchange Process
• Customers must contact Sirocco Mom before returning any item for exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the same item is unavailable, Sirocco Mom reserves the right to offer a replacement of the same item when restocked or issue a refund instead.
Exchange Shipping
Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
